I use Jacquard acrylic professional grade nontoxic textile paints that dry nearly instantly and permanently dye the fabric—making the quilts fully washable and designed with the snuggle in mind!

For Oil Paintings, I spare no expense on materials. I use the highest quality paints on the market: Williamsburg Handmade Oil Paints and Michael Holland Oil Paints. Unless you prefer a different canvas, my go-to is oil-primed 100% Belgian linen (a professional grade, non-acidic, archival quality canvas).

For Hand-Painted Luxury Quilts, I love painting on GOTS-certified organic cotton sateen with a 500-thread count. GOTS is recognized as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibers. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well.

This cotton sateen fabric has a super smooth, buttery feel that you won’t want to put down.

I also cherish the opulent, ethically sourced hemp-silk charmeuse blend.

And I sew with stunning silk threads and hand-stitch and embroider with sumptuous decorative threads.

Though I’ve made king-size quilts, my current offering is a quilt that measures up to 60 x 60 inches. I hand-paint a large centerpiece (up to 36 x 48 in.) that can be based on a reference photo or a more abstract concept.
